Advanced Hotel Management & Catering Centre

ZHI in collaboration with Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology of IIBM has developed its own advanced hotel, catering, food production, bakery & confectionary, front office & reception, restaurant services, beverages and bar services, house-keeping, health and nutrition laboratories comparable to star hotels and hospitality units in India to provide highly technical and professional hospitality and tourism related education and training. The Institute has fully developed and well equipped hotel and catering oriented labs to prepare professionally trained personnels to cater to the needs of hotels & catering units in their respective divisions of front office, restaurants, food & beverage department, bakery & confectionary centre, house keeping, marketing & accounting etc. At present the Institute has the following operational and practical lab viz.
